Welcome to the Cabteq 168sq ft Cottage Home that gives an idea of how our community could develop small, attractive and well build homes which can give the opportunity of responsible home ownership for folks making $20/hr and less. Units can always be built larger, with more square footage and separate bedrooms. Units referred to as “Tiny houses” are generally under 500 sq feet.
NOTE: We are looking for folks with a few acres of land, or residential lots, or backyards for a tiny cottage, or church families or other organizations with such property to work with us and make these cottage homes readily available in RH and York County – we must pave the way for builders and individuals to be able to build these homes just as they can build larger homes now.
