Rock Hill’s Dale Dove of ReNu Homes has partnered with CABTEQ cabinet manufacturers in Rock Hill and a Charleston-based firm to design tiny houses. The nonprofit organization has two model homes both under 200 square feet and hopes to convince Rock Hill and York County leaders to allow the homes to be built.
