Smaller, Affordable, Better housing that people making less than $20/hr can purchase and maintain (utilities, insurance and maintenance included) for less than 30% of their income. By building this 128 SqFt house for less than $12,000, we have shown that it can be done. Even a person making $7.25/hr can purchase and maintain this home for under 30% of their monthly income.
